CHOLE BHATURE

"Chole Bhature is one of my favorites. And Haldiram’s Chole Bhature is my favorite in particular but. I personally think that anyone can make a 'Bhature' but the main difference arises when it comes to 'Chole' and the oiliness of the 'Bhature'."

Service: 3.5 Stars Chole Bhature takes around 8-10 mins approx. depending upon the rush in that particular outlet. One thing I didn’t like was the calling service. There was no buzzer or token number being called out on a display screen. One has to continuously go check with the counter for their order.

Food: 5 Stars Starting with the puffy and chewy Bhature, is less oily and and size of the 2 Bhature are enough to full your stomach and also at the same time justifies the price equally. Now, lets talk about the Chole, I really don't know how they make it, but it surely got a taste your can't ignore. And both combined with a little picked and onions is a complete vibe.

Service: 5 Stars Chole Bhature takes the same time to be serves as in Haldiram. But the major difference in service that beats Haldiram is, when you give them the memo of the order they give you a buzzer and when you order is ready the buzzer starts buzzing and you go to the counter to take it.

Lets, start with Bharure, same as the Haldiram only a slightly bigger in size. And talking about the Chole, and here the major difference arises. It has a lot of asafetida (heeng) in the Chole which completely ruins the taste of the Chole. In fact, after having Chole Bhature from Bikanervala, I was continuously burping with that disgusting flavor/smell of asafetida (heend). And believe me that was awful.
