Hospitality: 4 Stars

The Stewards who attended us was nice and polite. He looked like a 40+ and didn't have proper grooming, but the one thing I always prefer is a Steward with a Smile along with a knowledge of the menu.

Ambience: 5 Stars

Really calm and composed ambience. Everything was up to the mark. Just like a Fine-Dine Restaurant should be.

Service: 5 Stars

It took around 20-25 mins to be served and the steward already informed us about the waiting time.

Food:4 Stars

We had to order it, as we were eager to know what's so special about it that it is featured as a signature item on the menu. And to be completely honest it was good, I liked the crispy coating and the sauce in which it was tossed and the chicken meat was also tender. But I didn't find anything special or unique in taste as such to make it feature as a signature item in the menu. But yes, I agree with the fact that was awesome. I loved it!
