Hospitality: 4 Stars
The Stewards who attended us was nice and polite. He looked as a 40+ and didn't have a proper grooming, but the one thing I always prefer is a Steward with a Smile along with a knowledge of the menu.
Ambiance: 5 Stars
Really calm and composed ambiance. Everything was up to the mark. Just like a Fine-Dine Restaurant should be.

It was served with 15 mins and that sizzling sound was so satisfying in itself

The first thing that you can notice with all the dishes in Moti Mahal Delux is the presentation and the vibrant color of the food, It looks to tempting and delicious on can't wait to dig in and enjoy the blast in their mouth. Talking about Paneer Tikka Masala, a good quality cottage cheese is really important and the best way to find out is by taking a small bite of only cottage cheese and rather than chewing it mash it with your tongue, the easlier it is to mash the better the cottage cheese is. And they nailed the Paneer Tikka Masala it was tender and I personally prefer charred parts more than the other parts so I enjoyed it a lot.
